Why
Most small businesses don’t have an IT department.
That makes sense, but it means IT grows by itself: a separate subscription here, a shared account there, and a backup nobody knows works. As long as things go well, nobody notices.
The IT-scan maps all of that in a few hours of your time. You get a clear overview that stays yours, even if you continue on your own.
The first three scans are free.
In exchange for honest feedback and, if you’re happy, a short quote.
What gets checked
Eight areas, and why they matter.
- Software and subscriptions
Are you paying twice, or are there better open-source or European options?
Questionnaire and intake - Accounts, passwords and 2FA
One leaked password can be enough. 2FA stops much of that.
Questionnaire - Backups
A backup that has never been restored is a hope, not a plan.
Questionnaire - E-mail security
Can someone send mail that appears to come from your domain?
Automatic - Domain, DNS and SSL
Expired certificates and messy DNS cause avoidable outages.
Automatic - Website
Speed, basic SEO and security headers.
Automatic - Devices and updates
Outdated software is often the easiest way in.
Questionnaire - Recurring manual work
What comes back every week can often be automated.
Intake
What you get
A report of 3 to 5 pages.
- A traffic light per area
- The top 3 risks
- The top 3 savings, with an estimate in hours or euros
- A proposal with a price indication
How it works
Five steps.
Questionnaire
Fill it in whenever it suits you.
Intake
One hour, by phone or in person.
Automatic checks
Nothing you need to do.
Report
AI helps draft it, and I check everything.
Results meeting
30 to 45 minutes, after which you know exactly where you stand.
And then?
Doing it yourself is fine too.
All optional. The report is yours, even if you stop there.
Implementation
Fixing what the scan finds, for a fixed project price.
Management
Keeping it in order afterwards, for a fixed monthly fee.
Website and findability
Does your website score poorly in the scan? I can improve or replace it too.

Questions
Good to know.
What does the scan cost?
The first three are free, in exchange for honest feedback. The price after that follows once the pilots are done.
How much of my time does it take?
A questionnaire, a one-hour intake and a results meeting of 30 to 45 minutes.
Do I need to be technical?
No. The report is in plain language, and we go through everything together in the meeting.
Am I tied to anything afterwards?
No. Implementation and management are optional, and you keep the report.
